THERM AND CONDATION شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع
· يمكن استبدال او ارجاع البظاعة الجديدة في غضون 15 يوم من تاريخ الشراء مع ضرورة احضار الفاتؤة الاصلية بشرط اتكون البظاعة غير مستخدمة وتكون في حالتها الاصلية مغلفة
· القطعة الكهربائية والالكترونية الجديدة لاتستبدل ولاتسترجع بعد الاستخدام ويجب ان تكون في حالتها الاصلية مغلفة
· القطع المستخدمة قابلة للاستبدال على نفس القطعة لمرة احدة فقط خلال 3 ايام مع احضار الفاتورة الاصلية ولايمكن ارجاعها
· اي قطعة جديدة يتم فتحها اوالاضرار بغلافها غير قابلة للارجاع قطعا
· New merchandise can be exchanged or returned within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided the original invoice is presented, the merchandise is unused, and it is in its original sealed packaging.
· New electrical and electronic items cannot be exchanged or returned after use; they must remain in their original sealed packaging.
· Used items can be exchanged for the same item only once within 3 days, with the original invoice, but they cannot be returned.
· Any new item that has been opened or whose packaging has been damaged is strictly non-returnable.
